The working process of polymer PE escape pipe production line:

Auto feeder → single screw extruder ( SJ200) → mould (with mould temperature controller)  → pipe frame → auto cutting machine → stacker → final pipes

1) Heater on extruders are cast aluminium with metal covers.

2) Screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA with Nitrided treatment.

3) Eelectrical components are with famous brands.

4) Vacuum pump and water pump are all with famous Chinese brands.

5) Machine color can be made according to customers’ requirements.

6) We would like to design and make machines if you have special requirements.

Standard packing for export:

Main parts of plastic profile manufacturing machine are covered with film, then be placed on wooden pallets or wooden cases, next be fixed in containers.
