PLC controller; clamping and expanding process are with hydraulic system; air cooking and water cooling method; famous electricity components.

1) It can not only be worked separately, but also be used with one small pipes extrusion line.
2) Air cooling (for small pipes) and water cooling method.

3) The machine is controlled with PLC (Japan Mitsubishi).

4) Heating method accept infrared heating tube inside and outside, and  with hot air circulation system. It can make the pipe heat quickly and evenly.

5) Clamping and expanding process are with hydraulic system.

6) Famous electricity components. Such as photoelectric switches with Korea Autonics, etc.
